Panel Construction
Every sandwich panel is a precision-engineered composite — two steel skins bonded to a rigid insulation core under factory-controlled conditions.

Outer Steel Skin
Pre-painted galvanised or Aluzinc steel with profiled surface geometry for structural rigidity and water runoff. Available in a full RAL colour range for architectural specification.
0.4 – 0.7mm steel | RAL colour range | PVDF or polyester coating

Insulation Core
PIR (polyisocyanurate) for maximum thermal performance in minimum thickness. Mineral wool for fire-rated applications. The core is CFC-free and bonded to both steel faces under continuous production.

Inner Steel Skin
Smooth or micro-ribbed inner liner in white or colour-matched finish. Provides a clean, hygienic, and maintenance-free interior ceiling surface — no additional finishing required.
